Even at the turn of the 20th century, people enjoyed great entertainment, going to vaudeville and other shows. Spindletop Gladys City Boomtown Museum brings that back and provides the talent of Southeast Texas a place to show off their talent. Tables will be provided for people to eat their food.

“We want people to just enjoy the museum by eating their dinner here and enjoying entertainment by Southeast Texas very own,” said Troy Gray, museum director. “If you have a talent, we have the place for you.”

More information about museum membership can be found at www.lamar.edu/spindletop.
