The Accessibility Resource Center (ARC) works to ensure the rights of students with disabilities access to accommodations/academic adjustments in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Section 504. Our office works to encourage self-advocacy and the right to pursue a grievance. Students are encouraged to try and resolve grievances at the appropriate level of dispute. If all attempts are unsuccessful or not satisfactorily resolved please follow the process below:

Staff and Faculty with disabilities at 四虎影视 must make their need for accommodation known to their supervisor or the Director of Human Resources – Employee Relations (ADA Coordinator.)
Grievances involving allegations of discrimination under federal and state law must also be reported the directly to the Director of Human Resources – Employee Relations.
The Accessibility Resource Center at 四虎影视 is the custodian of records for students medical records obtained for the purpose of determining and providing reasonable accommodations/academic adjustments.
Disability and medical information is confidential and is not shared except where disclosure is required by law or is necessary to facilitate legitimate University processes, including granting appropriate reasonable accommodations/academic adjustments, addressing direct threats or investigating claims or charges.
