The policies and procedures in this document are applicable to all reservations in the Setzer Student Center (SSC), the Sheila Umphrey Recreational Sports Center (SURC), Outdoor Spaces and those of all registered student organizations. To be valid, reservations must be processed by submitting the appropriate reservation request form with Event Services.
